The mission of the Madison County Soil and Water Conservation District is to assist landowners in protecting natural resources through collaboration and technical assistance.

To accomplish this, the Madison County Soil and Water Conservation District provides technical support for the North Carolina Agricultural Cost Share Program, the Agricultural Water Resource Assistance Program, and the North Carolina Conservation Assistance Program.
