Jessica grew up in Vermont and spent several years in the Sierras and Montana as a backcountry trail worker before returning to school to study Landscape Architecture at NC State University. After completing her MLA in 2009 Jessica moved to Madison County, where she began managing conservation projects for Mountain Valleys Resource Conservation & Development, often partnering with Soil & Water Conservation Districts. Jessica is excited to bring her experience and love for Madison County to support agriculture and improve water quality.

Kelly Banner

District Coordinator

Kelly grew up by the Ivy in Madison County. She is thrilled at the opportunity to help landowners and farmers use programs to protect and improve their land and water, but also to help educate our children on the importance of farming, clean water, and our natural resources.
